Our Mission
We buy affordable, livable homes in working-class neighborhoods and sell them to families on payments. The families get a fixed monthly payment that's often less than area rent and a real path to owning the house. We fund the purchases with private money rather than bank loans.
Every deal we do puts an owner into a house that was sitting neglected. That's the model.
Co-Founder
Dan Wilson
Dan is a full-time real estate investor and former Air Force officer with 14 years of service. He grew up building homes with his dad and cleaning rental properties with his grandpa. He bought his first rental in his early twenties while still on active duty. Today he's been involved in over 100 real estate transactions and owns 24 rental properties focused on affordable housing in the Midwest.
Three years ago Dan shifted from wholesaling and flipping to a model built around structure: buying affordable homes, selling them on payments, and funding the purchases with private money. He handles capital and strategy while Jon manages day-to-day operations on the ground in Ohio.

Jon Smith
Jon is a data-driven real estate investor and former regional manager for a chain of high-end restaurants. His background in financial analysis and operations management translates directly into how he underwrites deals and manages the portfolio.
Jon has been involved in over 70 real estate transactions and currently owns 10 rental units. He handles acquisitions, underwriting, and on-the-ground operations in Ohio, and sets the standard every house has to meet before we buy it.
